Electronic Artwork - Mac or PC:

By providing production ready artwork, orders will be produced with the highest quality imprint and avoid unnecessary delays or charges. You may upload artwork through our website, email or via FTP

Vector Art:

(Recommended) Can be produced to highest quality at any scale. Made up of geometric shapes like lines, waves and single points and curves placed together to create an illustration. All fonts should be converted to paths, outlines or curves before sending. If this is not possible, include fonts with artwork. Acceptable formats are Postscript Type 1, True Type, and Open Type. Save files as PDF, AI or EPS. Adobe Illustrator preferred

Raster Art:

Is continous tone images (i.e. photograph) made up of pixels with a fixed resolution and cannot be resized larger without losing quality. Files must be at least 600 DPI (CMYK) or 1200 DPI (gray scale, B&W) at 100% or greater of final size sent as tiff, EPS or JPEG format. RGB files not accepted

If touch-up or redrawing is required and exceeds 40 mintues, $40(G) per hour charge will be implemented to handle extra production time. Approval will be required prior to production. We reserve the right to determine what is production ready

Logo with Copy: One (1) logo and two (2) lines of copy to right or left of logo

Straight Line Copy:

• Imprintin all caps will be 1 or 2 lines of copy with maximum of 24 characters per line
• Any font requested other than Standard Font will limit copy to two (2) lines. Additional charge: $40(G)

Color Matching:

ADG carries standard Prop 65 compliant inks. We do our best to match PMS colors but due to the nature of the materials and variance in the manufacturing process we cannot guarantee exact color matches within orders or repeat orders

Multi-Color Imprint Registration:

ADG maintains an industry standard 1/16” tolerance between colors. Tight registration on colors may require different printing methods and additional charges

Exact Repeat Orders:

Please provide previous purchase order number to insure accuracy and no Set-Up Charges within two years
