Net 30 days. First time Customers required to pre-pay pending credit approval. Late charge of $25.00(Z) will apply for
balances carried past 31 days. Returned checks will be billed $25.00(Z). Custom Orders and $1,000+ may require 50% down payment
Production:
- Stock Items: 5-7 business days
- Custom Items: Approximately 6-8 weeks (Deerfield Collection: 10 days) from final approval of artwork and order details

Returns:
Requires prior authorization from Account Coordinator. No Returns accepted 30 days after shipment
Cancellations:
Requires prior authorization from Account Coordinator. Distributor will be invoiced for all costs incurred prior to cancellation
Future Dated Shipments:
Must be requested at time of ordering. Shipped and invoiced approximately first of month from August-December
Over-runs/Under-runs:
Orders are subject to 5% over/under allowance with maximum of 25. All orders will be billed accordingly
Combined Order Pricing:
Order more than one product at a time and receive Combined Order Pricing for each respective item. Imprint copy must be
the same on all products
Example:
- Order 250 Coffee Mugs & 250 Stainless Steel Bottles with same imprint
- Receive 500 quantity price for each item

Less Than Minimums:
Deerfield only. One half of first column. See individual product details
Special Quotations:
Orders include unique packaging, non-catalog items or orders calling for quantities higher than shown in catalog will require a
special quote. Quantity, in-hands requirements, inventory availability and imprint specifications will be addressed at time of quote
Catalog Changes:
